Very good vintage gently used condition!
The spine and binding are in excellent solid condition!
Fold-out illustrated pages are intact and solid! Flexi-bound cover has a few creases but is still in good condition.
Inside back cover has lower right corner of paper lining loose/dog-earred. (see pic)
In general, the pages are clean and free of any writing but there are a few light dog-ears and normal age discoloration. The only writing appears to be the personalization written just inside the front cover. (see pic)
There are a couple of dark spots just inside the front cover that bled through just slightly on the next couple of pages. (see pic)
All in all, this book is in amazingly good condition considering it's age!
